I hope wherever you are that you're staying warm and enjoying the changing seasons. At our house, we woke up to snow this morning! We have some big changes here at CKC too, with an entirely new product line! We also have several freebies for you this week and some fabulous new patterns. Let's take a look:
New Releases
Mercy’s Boho Romper is a pattern that you will fall in love with every time you make it! The simple design leaves plenty of room for personalization, while still being quick to construct. This off-shoulder look is simple to dress up with beautiful fabrics or dress simple for casual a casual. It is easy enough for even a beginner to sew. Mercy’s is also able to be work on the shoulder if you should so prefer! The elastic is loose and super easy for your little one to pull on and off for changing or potty time. What's better than easy and stylish?!
Veronica's is a knit top with a twist....literally! It's the perfect top when you are looking for something that's on trend, yet unique. This pattern includes petite, average, and tall lengths as well as short and long sleeves. Mix and match your fabrics and prints for a funky look. Knit fabrics required, but feel free to get creative: use a chunky sweater knit or a lightweight double brushed poly. Either way you can't go wrong!

To celebrate our new cross stitch line, we have a blog post with lots of helpful tips, a video, a giveaway, plus this FREE Pumpkin Patch cross stitch pattern!
This week on the blog we also have a fun and fast project perfect for beginners and great gifts for kids of any age! It comes in three sizes to fit from toddlers to adult. Fleece makes a really fun backpack, but you can make this with woven fabrics as well.

Coming up this week we have our sew-along for Jessie' Moto Jacket and Vest! This pattern comes in girl and women's sizes so you can make one for yourself too! Edgy meets sweet with this fun asymmetrical zip moto jacket and vest. This pattern features a fun angled zipper, optional tabs or pockets and can be made as a jacket or a vest! Jacket version has optional thumbholes. Make it with a thicker quilted knit or fleece for a heavier jacket or with faux leather or lighter knit for a lightweight jacket. This shorter jacket or vest is perfect to wear with jeans and boots or to accessorize your favorite dress during the cooler weather.
