Adding a Velcro Opening to a Peasant Dress/Top

Did you see our new doll patterns that were released today?  There are three new ones and they're on sale for 30% off until Thursday afternoon! And to make it even more exciting, we're providing you with this Tips and Tricks tutorial for doll clothing.

We have a lot of great peasant dresses and tops at CKC and many of them have been made into doll patterns as well. This is Caroline's Princess Peasant Top and Dress. It has elastic on the neck that allows it to easily go on and off.  We have been asked by fans if there's also a way to alter the dresses so they can have velcro openings in back. Of course we can do that! And we're going to teach you how. Any CKC peasnat dress or top can be made to open in the back with velcro.  Like this:

Isn't that perfect?  And we know you can do it!  For the step-by-step instructions, you can download our free PDF tutorial for Adding a Velcro Opening to a Peasant Dress/Top here. Feel free to pin it for later and share with your friends!

We hope you enjoy your doll patterns as much as we do! They make our little ones feel so special.
