How To Tuesday: Printing Your Instagram Pictures

So if you're like me, you're kind of Instagram hooked at this point. No really, I'm embarrassed by the sheer amount of photos I've posted! I mean, seriously? Almost 1,500 photos in the 2 years I've had IG!

And if you are like me, you've also looked into using some of the services that allow you to order cute little 4"x 4" prints from your Instagram. But man they are pricey! So for today's how to, I'm going to walk you through how I print my own without breaking the bank.

To start, download the Picsart free app if you don't already have it.

Once you have it downloaded, go ahead and enter the app and select the "Draw" option, as shown below.

Next you will select the "Blank" option.

You want to go with 1200 x 1600 canvas size.

Now comes the fun part. Using the add photo icon as shown below you will select what Instagram photo you want to use.

Once your have selected a photo you will want to resize it a bit and center it as shown.
Make sure that you leave a tad bit of white on the top and bottom. Most printers want to zoom in just a tad.

You will then save the image by hitting the save icon at the top of the screen.

Once saved, continue to print your photo from your phone how ever you have done so in the past.  I use the Kodak app and self service printing at Rite Aid. Once they are printed they will look like this.

Simply trim off the white edges to get that trendy 4" x 4" Instagram print!

One last thing -- If you aren't already, you should be following @createkidscouture on Instagram!

Have fun y'all,
Morgan
