Weekly Wound Up

December has arrived and it definitely feels like Winter around here. Brrr!  I know a lot of you are in warmer climates though, so please enjoy a little sunshine for me, okay?  I'm trying to focus on my Christmas projects and sewing so I don't think about the fact that it's FREEZING outside. Yesterday I went out and did a photo shoot with myself as the model and my teenage son as the photographer. He thought it was hilarious that *I* was the one stuck modeling without a coat for once.  I think maybe it's time to break out the backdrops and indoor lights! Anyway, whether you're sewing for cold weather or the holidays coming up, we have some great new patterns for you to enjoy!

New Releases

Gretchen's Godet Dress & Bertie's Bolero are the perfect pair!  They both have a coordinating triangular flare -- Gretchen's has godets in the skirt and Bertie's has them in the sleeves. Put them together and you have magic! Both patterns are available in Girl Sizes 2T-14 and Baby Sizes Newborn-18/24 month and are ideal for special holiday occasions!

Pamela's Princess Dress features our very first princess seam bodice with an adorable dainty neckline and faux bow sash. Other options include a simple or elegant tulle skirt, and sleeveless or cap sleeves. Try adding piping to the princess seams for an added elegance or pop of color. This is the perfect dress for any occasion and you will fall in love with Pamela's over and over again!

We also released some super cute embroidery files this week, and they are perfect for the holidays! Gingergirl, Gingerboy, Gingerbread House, Poinsettia, and more.  Just think of all the cute ways you can use these to embellish your kids' Christmas outfits, teacher gifts, gifts for family, or even just decorations for your own home!

This week we have Tawny’s Twirl Dress & Tunic available in Girls, Baby and Dolls. This precious dress is so fun and full and has that oh so perfect twirl factor! It features a square cut neckline and scoop back with a fun bow option. There are also 3 sleeve options and 2 length options, dress or tunic. Girls have no closures and is an easy on and off design. Babies has a button and placket back closure to help when dressing those squirmy little ones. Dolls has a full Velcro closure to make dressing those dolls super easy! Tawny’s is sure to be a staple pattern that you will make over and over and over.

Dallas' Spirit Jersey is an amazing over-sized jersey that is both comfortable and stylish. It is the perfect way to show off your team/school pride. This top features a cool back panel that is perfect to display a vinyl design or embroidery design. It also features a front pocket and sleeve cuffs. Your wardrobe will not be complete without this fabulous top!

Don’t forget our Spirit Jersey Cut Files!  They will complement your Dallas jersey perfectly. There are over 25 different cut files to choose from: “Cheer Mom”, “Band Mom”, “Gymnast”, “Dance Life”, “Football”, “Soccer Mom” and so much more!
