It's Day 3 of our Halloween project series and today we have something spooky you can add to all your projects this season!
Aren't they fun!? You can download the free files below, cut them out using your Silhouette, Cricut, or other cutting machine, and then fasten them on wherever you want to! Shirts, backpacks, decor, costumes, anything... I especially love the cats on her knees!

Thank you so much. I just bought some glow in the dark HTV to make something for our grandkids. This will be perfect, especially because they will be one color.
