Weekly Wound Up

There's a lot of craziness going on in our country right now, between politics and natural disasters and creepy fads that don't deserve naming.  I hope we can all take a break for a few minutes here to relax, take a deep breath, and enjoy looking at some fun hobby projects for awhile. How does that sound? I'm in!  We have a bunch of new releases this week, plus FIVE new free projects.

New Releases

First up this week is a few new baby patterns! Kit's Knit Hat for babies is simply adorable! It's perfect for bringing baby home or even on up into the toddler years. You'll find it on the website for FREE!

Baby Kyle’s pattern is also new and totally adorable. It includes a bodysuit and gown, both super comfy and perfectly fitting for newborns on up to toddlers! They feature cross-over bindings at the neck for easy on/off, as well as bindings at the bottom edges and sleeves. The bodysuit has snaps at the bottom, and the gown is extra long to keep baby cozy. And you’re going to love the sleeves! You can choose from short sleeves, regular long sleeves, and long sleeves with hand coverings. (Even in the big sizes!) They are much easier to make than you might think! Baby Kyle’s is a fun sew and we bet you can’t make just one. Also perfect for baby gifts.

Then if you want the perfect pairing for Kyle's bodysuit (or any other top), we have resized our Landon's knit pants to be in baby sizes, so be sure to grab those too. They even have an optional drawstring.

This next new release is here by popular request -- Tween Damian's! This zip hoodie has been a favorite for boys and babies, and now you can get it for tweens too! Damian's can be made of cottons, fleece, sweatshirt fleece, or anything else you want; the instructions make this the easiest zipper ever to install.

Another popular pattern was resized from girls sizes to baby and doll!  Amy's Knit Bow dress and maxi has so many options to fall in love with: open lower back or closed lower back, four sleeve lengths, including sleeveless, two dress lengths. Don’t forgot about the bow, it’s a perfect accessory to this dress and pocket instructions are included. Prefect dress for all occasions.

Speaking of dolls, we have three more doll patterns that are new this week! Everlee's Open Back Dress & Maxi is a total show stopper! You are sure to love this matching doll set featuring an all new bodice design and two length options! This dress is perfect for the warmer weather worn as is or pair it with one of our bolero/blazer patterns for those cooler months!

Next, we have Magnolia's and Layne's in dolls. Magnolia’s is perfect for a cute little summer top with skinny shoulder ties or big ones! Pair this with the darling little apron included for some added fun! Layne’s adorable shorts have a fun and simple design. The two are the perfect pair for your doll!

Don't forget about Polly's for dolls! Pockets please! Polly’s Pocket Dress is sure to please any pocket-loving girl! The dress can be made in all woven fabrics, or mix and match knits. This dress is perfect for twirling summer fun, or layered to last through many seasons.

Would you believe we also released three new Dance patterns this week?! We're on a roll! First up, we have Galaxy's Glamorous Leotard which says it all! Make a statement with this fun, unique dancewear pattern! The mesh color blocking gives it that little bit of spunk while still providing full coverage. You can also opt not to use mesh and make the full pattern with your favorite lycra! FOE binding makes for a fast and fun finish! Performance fabric required.

Next, we have Nellie’s! They are the perfect belly dancing pants for your little dancer! This pattern offers comfort; flexibility and style. Nellie’s features a side slit, ruched yoga waistband and built in shorts. Play or perform in these fun little pants!

Last, but not least, is Ohanna’s Open Back Leotard and it's a true show stopper! This unique number is sure to turn heads on the stage or in the studio. The FOE back straps keep the exposed back secure while tumbling and dancing. Ohanna’s features a full coverage booty and a fun colorblock front.

Whew! What a bunch of fabulous new patterns to choose from! Be sure to use the coupon code to get them all on sale this weekend; more details to come below.
