Weekly Wound Up

Ah, November. This is my favorite time of year. It may have something to do with my birthday and the many holidays and excuses-for-treats that are coming up. And I especially like the weather that has turned cold here, making my kids want to play indoors, and therefore I have more time to sew. It's also a fun time for football parties or for snuggling up for a family movie or game night. If your weekend has any of these things in store for you, we have some fun new patterns and sales you will definitely want to see!

New Releases

Rebel's Game Day Color Block Top and Dress is the newest pattern available in women's sizes! Written for wovens, Rebel's is the perfect design to show your team spirit! Three color-block options, two sleeve lengths, multiple back versions, and included tailoring instructions make it easy to customize a fun and flattering dress just in time for game day!

Our new baby pattern is just what your baby needs for everyday wear and comfy fun! Baby David’s has a knit top with short or long sleeves, as well as comfy knit pants that have the feet built right in. You can use all one knit for a matching pajama set, or mix and match different knit fabrics and panels for a daywear outfit. And for the older babies who are starting to walk, you can even use non-slip fabric on the soles. Once you make one set, you’re going to want to make many more! Baby David's is on sale for 30% off this weekend only!

You asked for it, and here it is! Come *watch* how to sew a zipper into a dress or top! It's as simple as pinning it in place and sewing straight lines. You can do this!
