New Policy on Lost Patterns...

As we grow, so do our requests for sending lost patterns. We get at least 5-10 emails a day requesting lost patterns. It may not seem like a lot, but it adds up to nearly 300 a month and we just cannot keep up with it. After careful consideration we are implementing some new policies on lost patterns. 

Let me start by saying we completely understand if you forget to download your order in time. We will continue to resend those requests for up to 6 weeks past the date the purchase. All of these requests that we receive now definitely fit within these parameters so we don't expect this to be a problem. 

Once you download your patterns, we highly suggest you immediately back it up through someplace like Dropbox for free or you can purchase a USB flash drive and store it on there! After the 6 week period there will be a $1 surcharge per pattern to resend them. If we have come out with a newer version of the pattern with smaller/larger sizes since you ordered, you will have to purchase the newer version of the pattern as we will no longer sell the previous version.

  1. Ugh. My laptop just died a week ago and we've been trying everything to get it restored. I told my husband the one folder that was crucial besides our pictures was my patterns folder ... I'm still hoping his brother can work some magic!
